Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Support that walks with you through life’s highs, lows, and everything in between
Mental health recovery isn’t always linear, but it is possible. At Skye’s the Limit, we offer Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for people living with psychosocial disability who want to move forward with connection, confidence, and consistent support.
Whether you’re rebuilding routines, navigating services, or just looking for someone who understands, we’re here to walk alongside you.
What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded support designed for people living with a psychosocial disability. It blends coaching with a deep understanding of mental health recovery, offering both practical help and emotional insight.
We support you to:
- Understand your NDIS plan and use your funding effectively.
- Build skills for daily living, organisation, and independence.
- Create and review a recovery plan based on your goals and needs.
- Coordinate your supports so everything works together smoothly.
- Respond to periods of change, crisis, or distress with calm and care.
- Strengthen your connection to family, community, and natural supports.
- Access the mental health system, including clinical services.
- Advocate for your rights and preferences in all settings.
Our coaches bring both professional expertise and lived experience, offering empathy and support rooted in real understanding.
How We Work With You
We believe that real support starts with listening. That’s why we take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what recovery means to you.
Then we work with you to:
- Create a person-first approach that values your voice and experience.
- Offer flexibility so your support can adapt as life changes.
- Maintain a trauma-aware, non-judgmental attitude.
- Share both professional insight and, where appropriate, lived experience.
- Collaborate with your broader team, including OTs, mental health services, doctors, or housing providers.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need someone who will walk beside you, support your choices, and stick with you.
Who We Support
Recovery Coaching may be right for you if you:
- Have a psychosocial disability and NDIS funding for this support.
- Would like help navigating mental health and community services.
- Want to strengthen your daily routines, wellbeing, or independence?
- Need consistent support through periods of instability or transition.
- Want to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your life.
We support people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those navigating trauma, substance use recovery, housing instability, and other complex challenges.
Recovery Is Personal and Possible
At Skye’s the Limit, we see recovery as deeply personal. It’s not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about creating a life that works for you, one that’s guided by meaning, connection, and choice.
Some days, recovery might mean cooking a meal. Other days, it might mean getting out of bed or making a call. We celebrate those steps because each one shows strength.
We don’t define recovery for you. We support you to define it for yourself, and help you build the tools, support, and confidence to move toward it.
