The three levels of Support Coordination provided at Skye’s the Limit are:
Support Connection: provides support to help you start using your plan effectively by connecting you with local community, informal, and funded supports to begin accessing your plan immediately.
Support Coordination: The Support Coordination Levels are designed to help you build the skills required to understand and manage your plan and coordinate your services, while also enhancing your independence, both in regard to daily living and participating in the community.
NDIS Specialist Support Coordination: Professional support, with an emphasis on providing greater levels of service and support to those with more complex needs. An NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator assists in working through complicated issues and problems while ensuring consistent and high-quality services.
