Our Team
At Skye’s the Limit, our compassionate and experienced team is the heart of what we do. With lived experience and professional care, we support NDIS participants every step of the way. Meet the people making a difference every day.
Ifa Saboor
I am Ifa Saboor, Founder and Director of Skye’s The Limit Support Services, a company inspired by my daughter, Skye. She is my greatest source of strength, reminding me every day that there are no limits to what we can achieve.
Her resilience fuels my passion for advocacy, and it is her name that represents the heart of our mission to uplift, empower, and create meaningful change.
With over 13 years of experience in the disability sector, particularly within NDIS, my journey has been driven by a deep commitment to making a difference. Though my career began in family law, my true calling led me to pursue a Master of Social Work at Flinders University. That decision was a turning point, reinforcing my dedication to this sector.
Since then, I have held leadership roles at the national level, including National General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, where I focused on creating impactful solutions and championing change. I specialise in supporting people with complex mental health needs, children in early intervention and have been working closely with Department of child protection (DCP), Exceptional Needs Unit ( ENU), Department of Human Services ( DHS), NDIS Complex Support Needs Branch and hospital discharge team.
My primary mission for Skye’s The Limit Support Services was to help those who need it most with an utmost commitment. I am passionate about working alongside individuals and organisations who recognise the gaps in the NDIS and are ready to create real, lasting solutions. We aim to ensure that no one is left behind.
Being recognised as a finalist for Best New Business in the 2024 Australian Disability Service Awards is a testament to our team’s dedication and the impact we are making. But for me, success is measured by the lives we touch and the communities we strengthen.
Together, we can break barriers, challenge limitations, and transform the future of disability support.

Alecia
About Me
Hi, I’m Alecia, a Support Coordinator and proud mum of three energetic boys. My lived experience with neurodiversity has fueled my passion for helping others, because I know firsthand how challenging it can be to access the right support.
I’ve worked as both a case manager and a support worker, bringing real-world experience and genuine care to every person I work with. I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued, and I’m committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure my clients receive the support they need and deserve.
I take the time to listen, understand what matters most, and connect people with the right services. I walk alongside individuals and families with empathy and persistence, supporting them every step of the way as they work toward living the life they choose.

Amanda
About Me
My journey in the health and disability sector began as a carer, long before it became my career. As a mum, I have navigated the NDIS alongside my daughter, experiencing
firsthand both the challenges and the possibilities of the scheme. That experience in finding the right supports led me to a career in Support Coordination — a role that has given me the privilege of walking beside other people on their own journey helping them make the most of the NDIS to achieve their goals and build the life they want.
Since stepping into support coordination, I have specialised in working with people with high physical support needs, complex behavioural needs, and those requiring tailored, multi-disciplinary approaches. I see every person as the expert in their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them, help build the right team, and remove the barriers in their way. I believe connection is built through sharing the human side of who we are and that’s something I bring into every relationship with the people I support.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum and partner. At home, I share life with our English Bulldog, Frankie, and our cat, Jemima. I’m a big fan of music and movies, and I love spending time in the kitchen cooking for friends and family.
I’m 100% open to improvements, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts.

Julie
About Me
Hello I’m Julie and I’m honored to be on the team at Skyes the Limit Support Services.
I’m the Mum of three children, all of whom are very different and have taught me things I never knew!
Two of my children are Autistic and ADHD which is how and why I developed a passion supporting individuals and Families to live their best life and have a voice that’s heard. Everyone has the right to live their best life, and I love supporting the goals to achieve that.
Five years ago, I embarked on a journey within the Disability sector, over those five years there have been ups and downs and many tears of happiness watching my long-term clients blossom into the best version of themselves. Prior to joining the Disability sector, I spent 21 years in the health industry working in and managing various Dental Practices and then moving into a role with SA Health.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being in the garden and spending time with my Children and the special people in my life. I love to celebrate others, and my greatest joy is seeing a smile on faces.

For the past two years, I’ve worked professionally in Disability Sector, empowering individuals to set and achieve their goals, make informed choices, feel valued, and actively engage with their communities. I believe support should not only be practical but also uplifting, person-centred, and fun.
I’m passionate about walking alongside people—supporting them to build confidence, grow independence, and live life on their own terms. My approach is grounded in genuine care, open communication, and a commitment to seeing the whole person, not just their plan.
